What is special about Jupiduu products?
Our products are characterized by their minimalist, stylish design and high-quality workmanship. They combine aesthetics with functionality and are designed so that they are not only fun for children, but also fit harmoniously into modern living spaces. Another special feature is certainly that, as parents of 6 children, we know exactly what is important in a good and safe toy.
Does Jupiduu offer a guarantee on its products?

Secondly, we also offer our satisfaction guarantee, which guarantees that you will be 100% satisfied with our products and our service. Should there ever be a problem, you can be sure that we will find a fair and satisfactory solution in every situation.
Are the products safe?
Yes. All Jupiduu products are planned and produced in compliance with the applicable safety regulations. The main criteria for toy and product safety in terms of material and construction are the strict European standard EN-71. This is the basis for all product developments at Jupiduu. In addition, everything we do goes through parent testing. All new products are tested by us and our children in real family life.
Are there any customs duties or other costs for my order?
No, customs duties are not an issue in the EU anyway, but even if you order from us outside the EU (examples: Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, etc.) you will not be charged any customs duties or other import taxes, as we cover these.
How long does delivery take?
That depends a little on where we deliver to. Within Germany, a package from us will reach you within 2 to 4 working days of ordering. Within Europe, it can take a day longer in exceptional cases, depending on the shipping region. Therefore, we state the delivery time outside Germany as 2 to 5 working days. Orders outside the EU have a delivery time of 5 to 8 working days. If you need a product more quickly, you will also be shown express shipping options in the checkout with a shorter delivery time.
