Realize
The first step is always the same. We watch our 6 children carefully while they play. Whether in the playgroup, in kindergarten, on the playground or at home. What toys or play equipment do they use? What kind of play objects are they? Why do the children like to use them? And how could we make something like that more beautiful and unique? - these are the questions we then ask ourselves.
Then we want to understand exactly what it is that fascinates children about an object and encourages them to play with it. Once we have found out, we and our design team put initial ideas and drafts on paper based on these findings, which are then further thought through and developed in several revisions.
As soon as the designs are finalized, the technical plans and data are transferred to production to create the first prototypes. Then a lengthy process of testing, optimizing, testing again and further optimizing begins until a product fully meets our high standards of safety and aesthetics.
Once all the requirements have been met, the details begin. A transport-safe packaging concept is developed and high-quality product images and clear instructions are created. The first series production then begins and once this is complete, the new product goes into the warehouse, from where it can be shipped directly all over the world to make children's eyes light up.
