Shipping policy

Your order is in the best hands with us. We pack each item carefully and ensure that your parcel arrives safely and reliably. The exact shipping costs are displayed in the checkout and depend on the size and weight of the parcel.

Your order is usually processed immediately after receipt of payment. The delivery time within Germany is usually 2 - 4 working days for standard shipping. If you need your order urgently, the express option is available. Express orders are collected at 4pm by special courier and are 95% certain to be delivered the next morning.

Orders outside Germany have a regular delivery time of 2 - 5 days, varying slightly depending on the country of delivery. An express option is also available here, which significantly reduces the delivery time.

Of course, we will keep you up to date on the shipping status by tracking the respective shipping partner. We ship with DHL, FedEx and GLS. The choice of shipping service provider depends on the parcel type, dimensions and weight of the consignment.
