Until when does the Easter promotion run?
The big Jupiduu Easter promotion runs until March 31st at 11:59 PM, meaning it ends before Easter. Good Friday is April 3rd this year. So if you want your order to arrive before this holiday, place your order by March 31st for deliveries within Germany and by March 30th for deliveries outside of Germany.
Will all products be available until the end of the sale?
We've naturally prepared for the sale and have a good stock at the start of the sale, especially of our top-selling Indoor & Outdoor Jumpspot, Play & Chill Swing, and Indoor Slide. Of course, we can't predict exactly how long this will last.
By when do I need to place my order so that it arrives before Easter?
The order deadline for orders to Germany is Tuesday, 31st of March. Orders received by the end of the day will still be delivered on time. Orders outside of Germany should reach us by 1 p.m. on March 30th. However, we strongly recommend ordering earlier. This is less stressful. Please note, however, that items with the status "Pre-order" may not arrive before Easter.
Do I have an extended right of return?
Yes, for the Easter promotion, we've extended our return policy from 14 to 20 days. This applies to all orders placed between March 20th - 31st.
What exactly does “pre-order” mean?
If you see the information "Pre-order. Delivery in X days" in red on the product page, this means that this item is in pre-order, meaning it is already in transit. These items can be ordered and will be delivered within the timeframe shown.
How long is the delivery time?
Standard shipping takes 2 to 4 business days to Germany and the EU. Express shipping usually takes 1 to a maximum of 2 business days.
Are returns free?
Yes. If you're not satisfied, you can return your order to us free of charge via ourreturns portal . We've also extended the return period from 14 to 20 days for the Easter promotion. So you can add the items to your Easter basket risk-free.
