Due to the extremely high volume of orders during the Black Friday campaign, there is currently an extended processing time of around 7 days for the "Indoor Jumpspot" product. We ask for your understanding and a little patience. We are working hard to get all orders on the way as quickly as possible.
Order deadlines for punctual Christmas deliveries
Germany
For deliveries within Germany, we recommend that you order by 11:59 p.m. on December 19th . In theory, we can still deliver orders within Germany on time if they arrive by 11:59 p.m. on December 22nd, but we strongly recommend ordering earlier, as despite express delivery, punctual delivery before Christmas may not be possible, for example due to snow conditions.
orders from abroad
If you are ordering from outside of Germany, you should be a little earlier. Please place your order by December 15th at the latest so that we can ensure that it reaches you in time.
