About Jupiduu
Who is behind Jupiduu?
This is us! Ken and Kai, two brothers from the beautiful village of Dingden on the Lower Rhine, Germany.
When was Jupiduu founded?
Jupiduu was officially founded in 2014, so we already have over 10 years of experience in the toy market.
Where is the warehouse located?
Our office and warehouse are also located in Dingden, the place where we grew up and where we now live with our families. If you have the opportunity, you are welcome to pick up your order directly from us. You can choose the pick-up option when checking out.
Where is it produced?
In the beginning (at that time there was only the indoor slide) everything was manufactured exclusively in Germany. As the product portfolio grew, so did the requirements for selecting suitable production facilities. We now have a well-established network of production partners in the EU and Asia who produce our products according to our strict requirements. For example, the textiles are sewn in Poland and Germany. All inflatables, i.e. inflatable products such as the pool or the Climb & Jump Dome, are manufactured in two state-of-the-art factories in Shanghai and Singapore, which we visit in person at regular intervals. Quality and fair production are and will remain our top priority.

Order & Payment
Can I change my order or my delivery address later?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet been shipped, that is not a problem. We can then easily change the address, product or color choice. In such cases, contact customer service as soon as possible, as all orders are processed and shipped by 1 p.m.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Sure! As soon as your order has been successfully sent to us, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you provided. If you have not received a confirmation shortly after the purchase, please check your spam folder.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
That depends a little on where we deliver to. Within Germany, a package from us will reach you within 2-4 working days of ordering. Within Europe, it can take a day longer in exceptional cases, depending on the shipping region. Therefore, we state the delivery time outside Germany as 2-5 working days. Orders outside the EU have a delivery time of 5-8 working days.
I need the package as soon as possible. What do I do?
If you need an order quickly and urgently, please select the express shipping option at checkout to significantly shorten the shipping time. In particularly urgent cases, please also contact us by email at info@jupiduu.com. We will then do everything we can to deliver the package on time.
To which countries can we ship?
We can ship to almost any country in the world. North Korea will probably be a bit tricky, but the rest is no problem for us.
How much are the shipping costs?
The exact shipping costs for your order will be shown to you during checkout. Otherwise, you have the option to calculate the shipping costs in advance at the bottom right of the shopping cart.
Are there any customs duties or other taxes on my order?
No, customs duties are not an issue in the EU anyway, but even if you order from us outside the EU (examples: Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, etc.) you will not be charged any customs duties or other import taxes, as we cover these.
When do I know that the goods have been shipped?
First, after we have successfully received your order, you will receive an email from us with an order confirmation. This means that your order has been received and is being processed. As soon as the goods leave our warehouse, you will receive another email with the tracking link that you can use to track the shipment to your door. The respective shipping service provider (we ship with DHL , FEDEX and GLS depending on the region and package type) will provide an estimated delivery date after the package has been received.

How do I register a return?
Very easy via ourreturns portal . Have your order number and your postcode ready. You can find the order number (example: A27237) in the top right of the digital delivery note that you received from us by email after the goods were dispatched. As soon as you have entered the data, an overview of your ordered items will appear. Select the item that you would like to return to us and complete the process. You will then automatically receive the corresponding return label by email.
Who bears the costs of the return?
Fortunately, we can currently still offer a free return service within the EU, as we have a very low return rate. So if you are from the EU, you can send your order back to us free of charge within the regular cancellation period of 14 days. For returns outside the EU, costs equal to the initial shipping cost apply.
What do I need to consider before returning the item?
Please ensure that the item is returned to us complete, in its original packaging and in good condition. Please also close the box tightly and securely so that the return arrives safely with us.
When and how do I get my purchase price back?
Once the goods have been returned, they will be checked. If everything is in order, the purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method immediately, at the latest within 14 days of the date of registration of the return. You will also receive a notification of this by email. For paid returns outside the EU, you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus the return costs.
How can returns be best avoided?
Our goal is to continue to be able to offer the service of free returns within the EU. We achieve this by continuing to keep the return rate very low. To achieve this, we continuously invest in the best possible presentation of our products and in support channels such as the WhatsApp function. If you are unsure about anything before making a purchase, do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help and advise you!

Are the products safe?
Yes! All Jupiduu products are planned and produced in accordance with the applicable safety regulations. The European standard EN-71 is decisive for the toy and product safety of materials and construction. This is the basis for all product developments at Jupiduu.
What should be taken into account when using the products?
Please never leave your child unsupervised while playing and always provide appropriate and sufficient assistance when using Jupiduu products. Please also note the additional safety instructions on the respective product detail page and in the enclosed assembly instructions.
What about data security?
Your data is in safe hands with us and is treated in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation and encrypted using an SSL certificate. You can find all information on data security in our privacy policy .

Do I have a right of return?
Of course. You can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. You can find detailed information on this topic here.

Yes, we offer a 5-year guarantee on all our products from the date of purchase, although the most comprehensive guarantee we can give you is our manufacturing quality. Our products are designed and manufactured to last. This means that each of our products will faithfully accompany you and your children for years and decades.
What does the Jupiduu satisfaction guarantee mean?
Satisfied customers and happy children are at the heart of all our efforts. Therefore, we guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with our products and service. Should there ever be a problem, you can be sure that we will find a fair and satisfactory solution in every situation.
How long are the Jupiduu gift vouchers valid?
Our vouchers have no expiration date and can be redeemed at any time without time pressure.
