Dear Customer,
We are pleased that you have chosen a Jupiduu product! Quality and durability are our top priority. For this reason, we grant you, as a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), a guarantee of 5 years from the date of purchase on all of our products, in addition to your statutory warranty rights.
1. Scope of the guarantee
The warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use of the product. During the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective product or parts thereof free of charge. The decision to repair or replace is at Jupiduu's discretion.
2. Warranty services
If a defect occurs within the 5-year warranty period that is caused by faulty materials or workmanship, please contact our customer service. You will receive detailed instructions on how to send in the defective product to arrange for repair or replacement.
The guarantee does not include any costs for returning the product to us. You, the customer, are responsible for these costs yourself. The return of the repaired or replaced product to you will of course be at our expense.
3. Warranty exclusions
The guarantee does not apply to:
Damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents or external influences (such as impacts, falls, liquids or extreme temperatures)
Normal wear and tear. Damage caused by non-compliance with the operating instructions

4. Warranty conditions
The guarantee is only valid if the product was purchased in a member state of the European Union. The guarantee is only granted to the first purchaser. To claim the guarantee, you will need proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) showing the date of purchase.
5. Assertion of the guarantee
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service by email at info@jupiduu.com. Please send us your purchase documents and detailed documentation.
6. Legal Rights
This guarantee grants you additional rights that do not limit your statutory claims, in particular liability for defects in accordance with Sections 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB). You can therefore continue to assert your statutory rights under the warranty regardless of this guarantee.
