Until when can I register as a VIP?
You can register for the VIP list until November 26th at 11:59 p.m.
When exactly does the VIP sale start and end?
Access to the VIP sale will be activated on November 27th at midnight and closed on November 28th at 11:59 p.m. The €5 extra discount is only valid and redeemable during this period.
Where and when will the winner of the competition be announced?
After the entire Black Friday sales campaign has ended, the winner will be randomly chosen from all competition entries. We will then inform everyone by email and on Instagram (anonymously) who has won. The lucky winner will also be contacted directly by email.
If I win, how does it work?
Then you can send us purchase receipts worth up to €500 for Christmas gifts by December 23rd. Tell us your bank details and we will give you a Christmas cashback. Please note that we can of course only refund receipts that show that the gifts are for children. If you cannot submit receipts worth €500, we will issue you the difference as a Jupiduu shopping voucher.

In this case, please check your spam folder. If you haven't received the code there either, please contact customer service and we will send you the code again.
